As a Healthcare Informatics Sales Executive, you'll be part of a high-performing sales team reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director. You will collaborate closely with Automation, Coagulation, and Business Development Specialists, as well as Account Executives, to drive the strategic integration of digital and IT solutions into clinical laboratories. Partnering with our Healthcare Consulting team, you'll help shape customer roadmaps that deliver real operational and clinical value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify unmet needs and create a broader IT ecosystem of solutions during virtual and onsite customer engagements.
  • Engage with CMIOs, CTOs, CIOs, and senior leadership teams at healthcare provider organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.
  • Lead co-development of detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for digital integration initiatives.
  • Champion Siemens Healthineers' digital and IT portfolio to enhance IT capabilities with or without automation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, uncovering operational pain points and aligning them with tailored digital solutions.
  • Drive strategy sessions to define digital transformation goals and map scalable solutions.
  • Support sales efforts by developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting complex solutions in an engaging way.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and stay current with market trends.
  • Represent Siemens Healthineers at regional and national events to promote thought leadership in diagnostics and digital health.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Diagnostics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital healthcare, diagnostic IT, or enterprise software sales in a consultative capacity.
  • Familiarity with clinical laboratory operations, LIS systems, and automation workflows.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing solution proposals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital selling tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

This position includes eligibility for variable compensation. Any stated bonus or incentive amounts represent target or estimated earnings and are not guaranteed. Actual payouts depend on performance and applicable plan terms, variable comp for this role is $80,000.

This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver's license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).

The base pay for this position is: $107,200 - $147,400 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance. The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan. Life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time.

Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training.
