Description and Requirements

Territory Manager - Cybersecurity Sales

We're seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Software Sales Representative to promote and sell software cybersecurity products to individual and business customers. In this role, you'll engage with shoppers to understand their needs, present name-brand computer solutions, and help them choose the right products to protect their digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers through phone, email, and online channels to promote McAfee software solutions.
• Provide detailed product information, pricing, and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
• Stay current on software product lines, promotions, and cybersecurity trends.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in software or technology sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and antivirus software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
