✨ About The Role

- The Mid Market Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities to sell core business applications and services into the mid market segment - This role involves managing and driving sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiation, and closing deals, while focusing on growing the Deputy client base - The Account Executive will work with larger customers, typically with above 250 employees, and will be supported by a team including sales engineers and BDRs/SDRs - Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, conducting client analysis, delivering sales presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and becoming a subject matter expert for clients - The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of hourly employment by empowering businesses to build thriving workplaces

- Experienced in new business development within the SaaS space, with a track record of success in selling software solutions into complex environments - Skilled in building and managing a qualified sales pipeline, conducting client analysis, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating commercial terms - Ability to mentor and work with BDRs to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth - Strong understanding of market trends and challenges, with the capability to differentiate the company from competitors - Thrives in a fast-paced environment, excelling in strategic selling and closing deals
