- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of digital casting products within a specific region
- Initiating sales calls with senior-level foundry executives and responding to customer inquiries
- Driving technology change in the foundry market and securing new orders for business
- Attending key industry trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company
- Providing marketing and product management feedback on wins/losses, opportunities, and market trends
âš¡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales with a focus on financial value selling and winning new customers
- Strong technical skills in additive manufacturing industry would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and decision-making ability for developing long-term customer relationships
- Goal-oriented, self-starter with a willingness to travel up to 50%
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
