Job Description

Within the Corporate Bank, the consulting team offers efficient and holistic support to business customers, small business owners, and freelancers using modern technologies/digital media in a team-oriented model, ensuring permeability in the development of our customers between the segments of Deutsche Bank.

Your tasks:

  • You actively contact and advise business customers as part of team-based outbound care, focusing on the efficient identification of customers as specialists/experts in digital payment solutions in stationary retail and eCommerce. This involves conversations exclusively with existing bank customers!
  • You support the existing team in the holistic and revenue-oriented exploitation of the customer portfolio and identify potential customers for the "Business Customers" and "Corporate Customers" segments. You transmit potentials to an experienced consultant.
  • You support your colleagues in the team with your expertise in potential recognition and consultation, e.g., in customer and needs recognition, as well as in conversation preparation.
  • You are responsible for the needs-based consulting and sale/mediation via telephone, in all questions about digital payment solutions in stationary retail and eCommerce. You guide customers specifically to the online offer for digital payment solutions and conduct video consultations if necessary.
  • You confidently master the use of new media and consistently use all available tools of your omnichannel-capable workplace.
  • You master the sales and mediation processes for business customers and know the new customer process.
  • You continuously develop your specialist, sales, process, banking product, and digitalization know-how.

Your skills and experience:

  • Training as a bank clerk, further qualification, or a degree program desirable
  • Sales experience (in outbound telephony) and knowledge of all sales products in the area, especially good knowledge of digital payment solutions in stationary retail and eCommerce desirable
  • Strong customer, sales, and service orientation and the ability to act solution-oriented, as well as sales talent on the phone.
  • Successful, goal- and result-oriented consultation of our customers, as well as the exploitation of customer potentials in cooperation with business customer consultants and product specialists and special consultants.
  • Good mastery of the sales and mediation processes for business customers and the associated technical requirements, including the corresponding consulting tools.
  • Strong commitment and a high degree of initiative, as well as assertiveness with careful and targeted work even in stressful situations.
  • High acceptance both with customers and in the team, with a friendly, self-assured, open, and binding demeanor.
  • Very good German and English skills in speech and writing.
