Risk Management Solutions (RMS) Team Salesperson
The Risk Management Solutions (RMS) team is a global sales team covering corporate clients, delivering FX, Rates, Commodity and other bespoke financial market solutions to clients. In APAC, we have salespeople located across the regional hubs in Singapore and Hong Kong as well as in 11 other markets across Asia. We are looking for a salesperson based in Singapore (Hub) who would interact with corporate client's front office on a regular basis. In addition, would work closely with Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance etc to deliver macro product to clients.

Your key responsibilities:
- Direct coverage of corporate clients (LLCs, commodity corporates, new economy names) across Asia
- Understand and address clients' specific objectives and constraints: make use of the acquired knowledge to answer clients' queries and offer solutions in accordance with the clients' objectives and constraints
- Originate risk management transactions with CFOs, treasurers and finance departments of corporate clients across all asset classes including FX, rates, emerging markets and commodities
- Run key transactions from start to finish, collaborating with coverage bankers on client engagement, legal, trading and other stakeholders (risk, product control, credit) and conclude the execution of these transactions
- Review the applicable regulatory context for transactions, either on the client side or the internal DB side, for optimization of the solutions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory bodies, as well as follow DB internal policies for internal review and approvals for transactions. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Liaising with e-trading and product partners for client flow optimization and performance tracking on electronic platforms and any system enhancements
- Growing corporate sales franchise for DB in APAC by identifying and nurturing new client opportunities and offering full suite of DB products
Your skills and experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in corporate sales and execution with a focus on Macro (FX, Rates, Commodities) markets and products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and enhance relationships with senior client contacts (eg Regional CFO/Group Treasurer)
- Practical knowledge of market regulations and documentation
- Good experience in dealing with electronic platforms and systems for client flow execution and optimization
- Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, including structuring and pricing expertise
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity with solid credit knowledge
- Driven and result orientated
- Strong team player
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
