Corporate Cash Management Solution Sales Manager

The Corporate Bank – the heart of Deutsche Bank – forms the core of the corporate client business of Deutsche Bank. The Corporate Cash Management Solution Sales (CCM Solution Sales) area within the Corporate Bank offers our customers payment products, liquidity solutions, automated FX offers, and merchant solutions. The focus is on a holistic approach in the strategic dialogue with customers, which puts them at the center and aligns the product offering to their individual needs. Corporate Cash Management particularly includes the control and optimization of national and international payment traffic, consulting on the establishment of appropriate cash management solutions, liquidity management, digitalization, and alternative payment methods, for example, in eCommerce.

The team "Corporate Cash Management Solution Sales North," shortly CCM Solution Sales North, focuses on the sales of cash management products to medium and large corporate clients. The team is divided into two locations.

Your Tasks

  • You lead the CCM Solution Sales area of the North region with direct professional and disciplinary leadership of your employees and are responsible for the qualification and development of your team members.
  • You control and are responsible for the CCM Solution Sales goals of the region, the implementation of sales measures in the region, the value-oriented planning, control, and management of your customer/region portfolio with the aim of optimizing the wallet and market penetration; this also includes overall responsibility for the application and implementation of guidelines and compliance requirements as well as the escalation point for employees and customers.
  • You independently, specifically, and profitably advise multinational and complex customers taking into account customer needs and the requirements of the bank.
  • You structure solutions for customer needs from the existing product portfolio and are a feedback provider to the product management for requested innovations or gaps in the product offering and manage international projects with many internal partners in this context.
  • You are available for selected customer and employee events on the topic of payment traffic and digitalization as a speaker and support and coach in the acquisition of cash management new business & cross-sell and accompany complex consultation talks.
  • You are part of the CCM Solution Sales Germany management team and actively work on the strategies for a successful business expansion in Germany.
  • You become part of Germany-wide project teams with members from different areas of the bank (e.g., sales, product management) to jointly drive new topics forward.
  • You represent the CCM Solution Sales area in the regional management of the Corporate Bank and are in regular exchange with the regional manager of the Corporate Bank, the managers of the Corporate Bank market areas, and other business partners.

Professional and Personal Requirements

  • Professional experience and competence in employee leadership and coaching, personnel planning and development, a high level of social competence with strong empathetic competencies
  • Comprehensive understanding of the cash management product portfolio and presentation experience
  • Convincing appearance, pronounced contact and team skills, as well as very good communication skills
  • Customer orientation and sales experience
  • Role model function in relation to the company vision and the associated values (e.g., in cooperation with other areas)
  • The ability to think and act entrepreneurially as well as to make decisions and implement them promptly.
  • Persuasiveness and the ability to integrate different groups
  • High endurance and resilience, initiative, flexibility, as well as commitment and willingness to perform
  • Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing
