Description of the Position

Your missions:

You will join our sales team in our Bordeaux agency and be responsible for the development of our activity with major strategic accounts.

  • Develop and retain your embedded, identifying new opportunities on our offers.
  • Prospect new clients.
  • Participate in the client reference process.
  • Conduct recruitment interviews with HR and select consultant candidates.
  • Accompany the consultants in the successful completion of their mission with the client.
  • Participate in pre-sales in collaboration with the Account Manager, our technical experts, and our practices to propose solutions adapted to the client's challenges.
  • Manage the sales cycle from end to end, from the detection of needs to the signing of the contract.
  • Work in synergy with our delivery teams and technology partners.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from an engineering or business school with successful commercial experience in ESN.
  • You are an excellent communicator, with a strong sense of service and quality.
  • You are tenacious, persuasive, and love to take on challenges.
  • You like working in teams and developing a network.
  • You have knowledge in cloud, cyber, DevOps, or infrastructure environments.

How does the recruitment process at Devoteam proceed? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews: Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and validate your motivation elements Manager Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with your future manager. This interview allows us to evaluate your potential, your ambitions, and consider your evolution within Devoteam. We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is retained, we will send you a proposal presenting the employment conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
