As a Sales Manager Professional & IT (m/w/d), you are the engine for our growth in the solution business and win new customers in the upper middle class and large companies.
Solution Sales: You are responsible for the sales of our Professional Services (strategy consulting, implementation, managed services).
New Customer Acquisition: You identify and win targeted new customers for whom you design and present tailor-made, value-oriented solutions.
Existing Customer Development: Together with our partners (Google, AWS, ServiceNow etc.), you build strategic customer relationships by recognizing and utilizing cross- and upselling potentials for further licenses and services.
Sales Cycle Management: You manage the entire sales cycle – from needs analysis and pitch to the creation of complex offers up to price and contract negotiations and the successful conclusion.
Internal Collaboration: You work closely with our technical presales and delivery units to ensure technical feasibility and guarantee project success from day one.
Strategic Planning: You are responsible for the strategic account planning, forecasting, and achieving your sales targets in coordination with the company strategy.
Industry Expertise: You bring 3–5 years of experience in a fixed customer environment (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail). Through this, you speak the language of your customers, understand their specific challenges, and can position solutions tailor-made.
Commercial Strength: You are proficient in the conception, calculation, and successful sale of fixed-price projects. You confidently convert complex requirements into profitable and customer-attractive offers.
Global Supply Models: You have experience working with nearshoring teams and understand how to strategically utilize the advantages of global supply models – such as cost efficiency and scalability – in your offer design.
Proven Sales Success: You can demonstrate successes in the sales of sophisticated IT service solutions and master the art of successfully concluding both long-term contracts with recurring revenues (ARR) and classic project business.
C-Level Communication: Thanks to your confident demeanor and excellent presentation skills, you effortlessly convince at decision-maker level. You clearly communicate the business value of complex IT solutions in a clear and profitable way.
Network & Market Knowledge: Ideally, you bring an active network at the decision-making level and possess a deep understanding of the processes and challenges in digitalization projects.
Customer Orientation: Close, partnership-based customer contact and the associated travel willingness are a matter of course for you.
Languages: You communicate and negotiate fluently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
