Participate in client references and negotiate contracts.

Participate in recruitment interviews with HR teams.
Select the best talents to meet your clients' needs.
Ensure the follow-up and support of your consultants throughout their missions.

The recruitment process at Devoteam consists of 2 to 3 interviews: Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to assess your skills and professional trajectory; Business Interview with your future manager: this interview aims to deepen your skills and verify their adequacy with our needs in a conversation with a business expert; Leadership Interview with our Regional Director South-West: it allows evaluating your potential, ambitions, and envisioning your evolution within Devoteam.
We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is required, and depending on your profile, you may be asked to take tests (technical, English, personality, etc.). If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal outlining the employment conditions. If accepted, the employment contract will be formalized.
