Job Description

Your missions:

As a Sales Senior, you will join our sales team in our Lyon office and be responsible for developing our business with large strategic accounts in the energy sector.

  • Develop and retain your portfolio, identifying new opportunities for our offerings.
  • Prospect new clients.
  • Participate in client reference processes.
  • Conduct recruitment interviews with HR and select consultant candidates.
  • Support consultants in the successful completion of their mission with the client.
  • Participate in pre-sales in collaboration with the Account Manager, our technical experts, and our practices to propose solutions tailored to the client's challenges.
  • Manage the sales cycle from end to end, from identifying needs to signing the contract.
  • Work in synergy with our delivery teams and technology partners.

Qualifications

Your strengths to join us:

  • Graduated from an engineering or business school with successful commercial experience in ESN.
  • You are an excellent communicator with a strong sense of service and quality.
  • You are tenacious, persuasive, and enjoy challenging yourself.
  • You like working in a team and developing a network.
  • You have knowledge in cloud, cyber, DevOps, or infrastructure environments.
