Then become part of our Inside Sales Team as an Inside Sales Representative – you are responsible for the telephone acquisition of new customers from within Dexcom. You will work on assigned customers and support them from the test phase, through onboarding, to the first shipment of goods. You will proactively contact interested parties and convince them through your sales skills and passion for the product to use a Dexcom rtCGM in the future.

You stay by the side of your customers throughout the entire process and are the first point of contact for all topics. You find solutions independently for the concerns of the customers and offer an exceptional customer experience with your excellent communication skills.

Here is where you come in:

  • You contact interested customers by phone and actively support our test customers to gain them as permanent patients.
  • Until the entry of the original prescription, you are in constant contact with the new patients and thus ensure a smooth process.
  • You accompany your new patients through the entire process of initial supply, take over all operational tasks, and support in case of rejections.
  • You work on your dashboard independently and prioritize and structure your activities according to the company's goals.

What makes you successful:

  • Very good German language skills [fluent, written and oral]
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales customer service
  • Excellent sales communication skills with a talent to quickly build relationships and convince through need-based consulting
  • General IT knowledge [MS-Office]

  • Analytical thinking and strategic understanding.
  • Flexibility and openness to new sales approaches (e.g., omnichannel).

Travel required:

  • Daily trips to the office required [home office possible]. This is a hybrid position.

Requirements for experience and education:

  • Typically requires at least 4-6 years of professional experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
