Then become part of our Inside Sales Team โ€“ a key role in acquiring new patients. You actively contribute to improving the care of people with diabetes.

In this position, you are a catalyst for new care contacts in the medical field and drive the implementation of our hybrid sales concept together with our field sales team. As part of a highly committed team, you shape the first contact with medical professionals, especially in the outpatient sector and in the clinical environment. With your sales talent, your communication skills, and your enthusiasm for innovative medical technology, you bring Dexcomโ€™s rtCGM solutions to people โ€“ and make a difference.

Where you come into play:

You identify and develop qualified leads for the field sales team through targeted multichannel outbound activities โ€“ especially via phone, email, and digital channels. With your active outreach, you lay the foundation for sustainable customer relationships and support sales in market expansion.

  • You systematically analyze regional potentials and support structured outbound communication in the expansion of market access in the outpatient sector as well as in the clinic segment.
  • You reactivate inactive customers through targeted and data-driven outbound measures as part of our hybrid sales strategy.
  • You ensure the sales support of open field sales areas and guarantee continuity during transition or vacancy phases.
  • You are responsible for relationship management via digital and telephone channels โ€“ with the goal of a long-term care partnership.
  • You actively bring insights from your customer conversations into sales planning, forecasting, and segment development.
  • You take on the structured activation of new customers (e.g., general practitioners) and ensure a seamless handover to the field sales team.

What makes you successful:

  • Completed commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical training โ€“ ideally with further education or a degree in sales, communication, or health care.
  • Several years of experience in sales-oriented dialogue with customers โ€“ preferably in the health care, medical technology, or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Solid knowledge of B2B sales, especially in the outpatient sector and clinic segment.
  • Proven experience in outbound or multichannel customer service โ€“ ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) as well as digital sales platforms and data analysis.
  • Proficient use of digital tools, presentation software, and communication channels.
