The person we are looking for is fluent in French and in English.
This is a key strategic position that will be responsible for the further development and execution of training of the field sales teams in France. Working closely with the sales, marketing, medical, and market access management teams, building on the foundations that are established in our new starter training program. This position will drive and execute the delivery and development of customer-facing sales personnel by collaborating with commercial stakeholders and delivering necessary training based on aligned needs, as well as leading assigned projects across the Training Department. It will be necessary for this position to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate to come in and build on the foundations of the training platform to take our sales teams to the next level of performance.
• Conduct initial assessment of field teams to determine knowledge gap.
• Support the design of content for core curriculum in collaboration with respective SME's.
• Support the execution of selling skills models to employees to enable greater achievement of business objectives.
• Reinforce training material through one-on-one coaching, role plays, attending sales appointments.
• Develop, coach, and support new and established field members to ensure commercial success.
• Produce detailed training reports & recommendations to improve the overall sales performance.
• Measure effectiveness of programs through field feedback; develop plans to address concerns and support the implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with management to ensure training objectives are met with consistency and follow the commercial training strategy.
• Keep updated with the knowledge and skills on effective adult training techniques and sales models, then advise field deployment methods depending on content and learning objectives (e.g. Digital training – Self-learning / Instructor led / Coaching...)
• Support and implement training effectiveness and impact measurement programs.

Travel Required: 25 to 50%
Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available.
