Your responsibilities:

  • Successfully discuss the innovative Dexcom product portfolio and the associated digital ecosystem to maximize sales
  • Independently manage a defined area: sales planning, creation of sales plans, customer care including diabetes specialist stores and acquisition of new customers
  • Responsible for achieving/exceeding the sales and KPI results of the area
  • Successfully use sales and marketing strategies to achieve the goals in the area
  • Independently manage the area and plan tours as well as prepare and follow up visits in CRM systems
  • Actively work for the positioning of the company as a market leader in continuous glucose monitoring
  • Take responsibility for the area budget by controlling expenses
  • Independently plan, organize and conduct customer events
  • Use different types of interaction to create a best possible and need-oriented customer experience
  • Cross-functional cooperation with Medical, Market Access and Marketing
  • Continuous market and competition observation
  • Actively develop and maintain a professional relationship management to customer networks, decision-makers and influencers

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the field of medical products, pharmaceuticals or healthcare
  • Experience in selling complex technical products or services
  • Knowledge in the field of diabetes management and CGM systems is an advantage
  • Willingness to stay overnight, for example for conferences and meetings
  • Understanding of medical devices, especially CGM systems
  • Secure handling of CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to clearly convey medical and technical information
  • High customer and service orientation with proven sales successes
  • Negotiation skills and closing strength
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop tailored sales strategies
  • Very good understanding of digital applications and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a winning mentality
  • Results-oriented, structured and able to act confidently in a rapidly changing competitive market
  • Team player with a high level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm

Travel required:

  • Daily trips within the region, overnight stays are usually not necessary.

Requirements for experience and education:

  • Usually a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
