Where you come into play:

  • Conducting sales talks to promote, sell, and offer related services of Dexcom's products and services to existing and potential customers (this includes doctors, diabetes educators, and patients)
  • Informing doctors, nurses, and patients about the benefits and details of using Dexcom's products for continuous glucose monitoring
  • Building and maintaining relationships with doctors
  • Representing Dexcom at local, regional, and national diabetes fairs and exhibitions to introduce Dexcom's products to patients and diabetes partners
  • Implementing business strategies and tactics to achieve company goals and individual objectives
  • Completing reports as assigned
  • Collaborating with field and internal staff to meet or exceed company goals
  • Local travel including overnight stays required

What makes you successful:

  • Experience in sales is desirable
  • Language skills: fluent German in speech and writing and at least good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies is desirable
  • Proven success in previous sales roles based on very good performance is advantageous
  • Must know the needs of the customer and be able to inspire, question, and drive new approaches to diabetes treatment
  • Can implement sales strategies even in a complex, multifaceted environment
  • Excellent social skills as well as communication ability and negotiation skills; team-oriented; ability to apply conceptual/consultative sales strategy

Travel: Daily trips within the region, overnight stays are usually not necessary

Requirements for experience and education:

  • Usually a bachelor's degree and at least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience

A yearly salary starting at EUR 59,000.00 gross, plus a performance-based bonus and attractive benefits. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay more.
