✨ About The Role
- Responsible for outbound prospecting and qualifying new leads using both marketing and self-generated contacts
- Manage inbound leads and identify prospect needs to suggest appropriate solutions
- Handover qualified leads to Account Managers to manage the opportunity
- Track and report on the progression of inbound and outbound leads for the Sales teams
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Experienced in telesales or agency recruiting with a proven track record of success in a sales role
- Fearless and persistent in making calls and reaching out to prospects directly
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to establish relationships quickly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to consult about products effectively
- Thrives in a high-performing sales team environment and is goal-oriented
