- Responsible for outbound prospecting and qualifying new leads using Marketing and self-generated contacts
- Managing inbound leads from organic and event sources
- Identifying prospect needs and qualifying accordingly, suggesting appropriate solutions
- Handing over qualified leads to the appropriate Account Manager to manage the opportunity
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market

- Experienced in telesales or agency recruiting with a proven track record of success in a sales role
- Fearless attitude towards making calls and reaching out to prospects directly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to consult about products effectively
- Persistent in pursuing goals and never taking no for an answer
- Ability to research leads, establish relationships quickly, and help set up Account Executives for success
