The role - what you’ll do as a SDR?

Here at Dext, we know the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. As our Sales Development Representative you will find and screen potential customers, help build awareness of the Dext product offering and identify which product/s will provide the right solution for their business.

As you will be the first point of contact, you must have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, establish relationships quickly and help set our Account Executives up for success to close. Strong communication skills and the ability to consult about our Dext products will be key to your success.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Outbound prospecting and qualifications for new leads using both Marketing and self-generated contacts
  • Manage inbound (organic and event) leads
  • Identify prospect’s needs and qualify accordingly, suggesting appropriate solutions
  • For qualified leads, handover to the appropriate AM to manage the opportunity
  • Manage your sales pipeline and maintain ongoing cadence with Account Managers
  • Track and report on the progression of inbound and outbound leads for the Sales teams
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
