Assistant Manager-Sales

Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

Roles in this job family work to sales performance targets. They are typically selling to and supporting customers who sell directly to the consumers or resellers/third party partners who sell directly to the customers within a given territory.

Typical role requirements:

  • Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience: > 4 years experience in sales & marketing

Knowledge & skills: Must have experience in handling distributors and retailers in an aggressive market environment - Team Handling Skills - Business Acumen - Communication Best suited for someone who:

  • Knows how to get the best out of people and can be a source of inspiration
  • Is a great coach
  • Is able to plan for others and structure their working
