Job Description

What You'll Do

Responsible for onboarding and providing operational support to new participants as network partners. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. How You'll Do It

• Provides support to acquirers, network partners, and/or processors. Researches complex situations and supports participants with operations.
• Supports business development teams to expand acceptance. Onboardings new franchises, acquirers, processors, and software vendors on the network. Assists with contract negotiation and due diligence.
• Supports participants through the semi-annual release process. Manages and coordinates certification. Ensures participants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations. Engages participants to support network initiatives.
• Analyzes end to end transaction processing, troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints, and support issuer launches.
• Mentors team members. Executes department initiatives. Leads the department to ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing requirements.

Qualifications You'll Need Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Finance, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Engineering or related.
• 4+ years Payments, financial services, or related field

In Lieu of Education Experience

• 6+ years Payments, financial services, or related field

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with compliance activities, Operational support functions including Operational Regulations and specifications

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Primarily remain in a stationary position.
• Occasionally move about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job.
• Primarily performed indoors in an office setting.
• Ability to operate office equipment such as but not limited to computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.
• Ability to communicate verbally. Ability to communicate in written form.
• Travel Requirements - Travel up to 10% of the time.

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
