- The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities with potential Docebo clients - Duties include contacting potential clients via outbound calling, qualifying warm leads, and creating targeted and personalized emails - The role involves working closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent level of outbound and inbound activity to achieve and exceed goals - The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of Docebo's products and how they can benefit different prospects - This position offers genuine career progression opportunities within the company as it continues to scale up

⚡ Requirements

- Experience in sales, lead generation, and high volume outbound cold calling, ideally in a SaaS environment - Fluent in English with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, goal/target driven individual with the ability to qualify, pre-call plan, structure, and control calls - Ideal candidate will have a 'self-starter' attitude and thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment - Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth and excellent customer journey
