- The Business Development Representative will focus on targeting Enterprise accounts in North America
- Responsibilities include identifying target accounts, developing compelling messaging, and engaging prospects through personalized outreach
- The role involves outbound calling, establishing rapport, questioning, listening, and closing opportunities
- Providing a stellar experience to inbound prospects looking to understand how Docebo can help their teams excel at building a culture of learning
- The ultimate goal is pipeline generation through successful adoption of all responsibilities, contributing to Docebo's growth and personal/professional growth opportunities
âš¡ Requirements
- Ideal for someone with 1+ year in a customer-facing role in retail, hospitality, or other industries
- Requires at least 1+ year of inside sales or call center experience
- Previous experience in a demand generation or marketing function is preferred
- Previous enterprise business development representative/sales experience is a bonus
- Must be self-motivated, goal/target driven, and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
