- Develop and execute a strategic partner plan for the APAC region - Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach - Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure they are engaged and achieving their sales targets - Work closely with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-branded marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns - Provide ongoing training and support to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and promote Docebo’s products efficiently

⚡ Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or channel sales in the software or learning technology industries - Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and developing strategic partnerships - Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
