✨ About The Role
- Oversee the compensation processes, policies, and SPIFF execution and modeling
- Maintain open communication with sales management to address inquiries on sales compensation policies
- Conduct monthly meetings with Go-To-Market partners to evaluate system requirements and disseminate training/policy updates
- Perform audits and generate reports on compensation using various databases and systems
- Analyze GTM data, commission payouts, and quota attainment data to craft evidence-based recommendations

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Proficient in advanced Excel and Google Sheets functionalities
- Experience with provision and rollout of tools that improve compensation processes
