Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturing company in the aerospace and defense industry to hire a Customer Service – Assistant Sales Representative (Entry Level) for their Minnetonka, MN facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills and prior customer service experience (retail, sales assistant, restaurant, fast food, receptionist, etc.) who’s looking to grow into a professional office role with long-term career potential.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the company’s products and services to effectively support customers.
- Provide professional, friendly service by responding to questions about quotes, orders, complaints, and returns.
- Support the Sales and Customer Service teams with order entry, updates, and database management.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma required; some college or post-high school training a plus.
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; CRM/database knowledge a plus.
