Contribute across the entire sales process from upstream marketing and lead generation to downstream service and data analytics. To help drive commercial success in key markets. This role focuses on supporting the sales team both directly and indirectly, enabling faster and more sustainable business growth across targeted countries including Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Introduce our products and services, and identify customer interest - Make outbound calls to potential customers using contact lists or our CRM system - Follow up with interested prospects via phone, email, or other communication channels - Identifying new business opportunities and support the business unit understand where BU can grow - Collaborate closely with the sales team and the service team to provide a smooth experience to customers - Ensure all customer and sales information is well recorded in the CRM to help team work efficiently, support team efficiency and progress tracking. - Record all call details, conversations, and next steps accurately in the CRM - Support marketing and promotional effort to connect with customers
• Tertiary education in engineering or business. (experience in F&B manufacturing industry is a plus) • Sales or Engineering experience. • Strong communication skills via phone, e-mail, Webex, Face to Face interactions and strong attention to detail. • Highly motivated, Aggressive, Competitive, Energetic and Independent Sales Professional. • Ability to build rapport and influence others effectively. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • High resilience and ability to handle rejection. • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word). • Strong team spirit -working together with the team, for the team by the team. • Adherence to instructions, guidance, strategy, and company policies. • Quick learner, adaptable to new cultures and environments. • Strong mechanical or technical aptitude. • Experience with CRM Dynamic software is an advantage. • Respect for diversity and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multicultural environment. • Language proficiency: Bahasa Indonesia and English (basic level of Chinese is a plus)
