Sales Specialist

The Role
Collect and analyze data from various internal systems to track and provide visibility for each account manager's performance against KPIs that will ensure the entire team achieves its annual goals.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the sales pipeline and KPI tracking and support a weekly forecasting process.
- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data collection, and reports for Sales and Commissions.
- Review loans, rebilling, cancellations, order adjustments, etc.
- Support Account Managers in tracking logistics to ensure timely delivery dates for printer orders.
- Support Purchasing with sales order information to ensure stock levels.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and other graphical presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or provide business updates.
- Run and analyze commission reports from various sources, validate data, investigate all exceptions, and share them with FP&A for final calculations.
- Maintain databases (relocation, creation, activation, deactivation, and report generation, directly in SAP and Salesforce).
- Receive calls from leads, log and prequalify them in Salesforce, transfer them to the correct AM, and follow up on account/opportunity creation or disqualification.
- Create distributor profiles for access to internal platforms (Partners Book)
- Creation of tickets for accessing, modifying, or deleting contacts in distribution lists
- Preparation of purchase requisitions requested by Marketing or Sales in SAP.
What You Need To Have:
- Higher education in business administration or marketing or related areas
- 3 years of experience in a sales support role within a global/multinational business.
- Must have a high level of proficiency in CRM (preferably SalesForce.com), SAP, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; a detail-oriented thinker who can translate complex topics into clear summaries.
- Team player: Able to interact with different departments daily to complete core responsibilities such as Finance, Supply chain, and Human Resources.
- Basic-Intermedia level of English (reading and written) as daily interactions is necessary
