Senior Sales Leader
Dow has a great opportunity to lead our Industrial Solutions portfolio as a Senior Sales Leader for North Region LA located in Mexico City. In a competitive market, the ideal candidate should have a strategic, commercial mindset, focus on customer experience and relationship, while maintaining a high-level of employee experience within own team.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for revenue, volume, and margin results, while managing the customer manager team.
- Responsible for keeping operational discipline in sales enforcing the use of commercial tools such as CRM, OMP, Leads and Opportunities Management, etc.
- Ensure EH&S guidelines are followed by the sales team, especially due to the use of company cars.
- Promote an inclusive and ethical environment, while being the leadership example for the team and customers.
- Interact with key customers and distributors, ensuring alignment and growth.
- Manage distribution channels and priorities through the work of the team.
- Drive growth and demand generation thru planning & implementation.
- Support digital acceleration initiatives and Sales Service Transformation.

Your required qualifications include:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles.
- Fluent Spanish in verbal and written communications.
- Advanced English in verbal and written communications.
- Previous experience working as a people leader.
- Previous experience working in the chemical industry.
- Being available to work on-site at the office 3+ a week.
