We are looking for a high-performing SDR Team Lead to join our growing team in Copenhagen.
This is a true "Player-Coach" role designed for a top-tier sales professional who wants to lead from the front.
You will be instrumental in shaping the sales development culture at Dreamdata, helping us prove the value of B2B revenue attribution to companies worldwide.
Lead by Example: You will carry an individual quota, qualifying leads and generating opportunities for our Account Executives. You will show the team "what good looks like" on the phone, over email, and on LinkedIn.
Pipeline Generation: Execute outreach to target accounts and handle inbound interest, navigating complex organizations to book meetings with key decision-makers (CMOs, CROs, Heads of Marketing).
Master the Tech Stack: Deeply utilize our sales stack to uncover intent and prioritize your efforts.
Day-to-Day Management: Act as the first point of contact for the SDR team, running daily stand-ups, call reviews, and pipeline inspections.
Onboarding & Training: Help onboard new hires and provide continuous coaching to existing SDRs to improve their conversion rates and objection handling.
Strategy & Optimization: Work directly with the Director of Business Development to refine messaging, test new sequences, and improve our qualification playbook.
