Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Branch Sales Manager for their Financial Services Branch Department. The right candidate will lead the Loan Officers in meeting or exceeding branch/company objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises two or more Loan Officers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
