Scope of Position: Provide professional advice to the current and potential clients of the organization, maintaining long-term relationships between the client and the company, increasing the acceptance and commercialization of our brands. Prospect new clients and identify the needs of current distributors knowing each one's environment, as well as offering post-sales service follow-up that guarantees customer loyalty, improving market participation and company profits.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active commercial relationship with the entire established portfolio. Advice, information, constant contact with the client - Networking
- Have a global vision of the sales process focused on the buyer identifying the motivation, strategy, purchase analysis of our clients towards the organization.
- Sell all the products that the company determines, in the order of priorities established by it. According to commercial strategies.
- Identify, establish and develop promotional activities within the distribution chain that allow "loyalty to the consumption of our brands" commercial strategies
- Define the needs of promotional material and technical support for your area.
- Be responsible for technically and commercially training the sales force of your network of distributors. Customer training.

Profile of the Position:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales and Marketing, Industrial Relations and/or Automotive Engineering
Language: Intermediate English; capable of understanding conversations.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience required in the commercial area, preferably in the automotive aftermarket sector.
