- The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. - They possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively. - A minimum of five years of experience in selling audio/video and web collaboration tools is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Experience in Unified Communication Sales is strongly preferred, indicating a deep understanding of the industry.
