Senior Bartender

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Bartender to join the Food and Beverage Services team in Jumeirah Emirates Towers.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Execute the sales strategy as directed by the reporting manager to promote sales, identify business opportunities, and achieve annual sales objectives through assigned KPIs.
• Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and complementary sales efforts, avoiding redundancy.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business unit offerings, promotions, market and competitor trends, account share, and customer needs to deliver high-quality service and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Stay up to date with the revenue budget and targets, managing actual and forecasted volumes and occupancies to meet/exceed established sales targets.
• Manage sales target reports, implement measures to achieve/exceed targets, and prepare regular sales forecasts for quarterly submission to the reporting manager.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Fluency in English (read, write, speak) is required, and knowledge of additional languages is highly preferred to support diverse client interactions.
• The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on commercial results and account management.
• Candidates must possess effective public speaking and presentation abilities, along with solid project and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
