You will guide the team on best practices, provide constructive feedback, and ensure their daily efforts align with client goals. Monthly Compensation: 1,060 to 1,150 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Highly proactive with a hunger for results
Exceptional confidence and presence
Experienced in sales, ideally including law firm services
Tech-savvy: proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, Outlook, and Zoom
Clear, professional English with no accent required
Ability to motivate and inspire others
