Job Description

Sensata Technologies, a global industrial technology company and a leading provider of sensor-rich solutions that create insights for customers, is looking for an EMEA Sales Analyst, to support the EMEA Industrial Solutions Commercial organization. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to perform statistical analysis of the sales, channel and market data, create reports on metrics for management review and manage the weekly sales forecast process. She/he will be accountable for the sales analysis in the Industrial Solutions EMEA region and act as an internal point of contact for miscellaneous regional commercial departments and global functions such as sales operations and commercial finance. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager, Industrial EMEA.

General Responsibilities

• Key participant in statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives • Organizes on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with internal departments for identifying and resolving problems • Collaborates with sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information • Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region • May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential

Experience / Qualifications

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Other Position Requirements

  • English is required language; German, French or any other main European language will be a plus.
  • Availability to travel on request.
