✨ About The Role

- The Strategic Account Director will own the relationship with a small group of existing Logistic Service Provider (LSP) clients - Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing, building, and growing relationships - Collaborates with colleagues to achieve sales goals and attends industry events to generate new business leads - Must have a high level of accountability, strong negotiation and closing skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively - Key responsibilities include maintaining account plans, building pipeline, achieving annual quota, and negotiating future contracts

⚡ Requirements

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the supply chain management domain - Proactive and motivated to go above and beyond to obtain business and keep clients happy - Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and comfortable presenting and speaking to senior-level executives - A fast learner that can hit the ground running and learn products inside and out quickly - Leadership skills with an empathetic approach – success is based on clients’ success so must be ready to drop everything at a moment’s notice to help
