✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing the renewals process from start to finish for existing client base
- Focus on successfully renewing customer subscriptions while providing a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to increase clients' year-over-year spending and/or extend the term
- Handle pricing and contract negotiations, composing and delivering renewal proposals
- Maintain detailed records of all renewal discussions and activities in the CRM
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the supply chain management domain
- Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability within existing client accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and additional language(s) such as German, Dutch, or French
- Experience forecasting, reporting on, and analyzing renewal metrics
- Demonstrated experience of using a consultative approach, strong negotiation skills, and conveying the ongoing value of products/services
