✨ About The Role

- Responsible for supporting sales leadership in running forecast calls, pipeline calls, and other cadences to achieve sales goals - Collaborate with internal teams to evolve processes and lead sales teams through changes as the business transforms - Drive territory alignment and quota setting, ensuring Salesforce is updated with proper assignments - Support sales team by using SFDC for reporting, dashboards, and field updates, as well as developing and pulling ad hoc reporting for analysis - Monitor sales data continuously, audit for accuracy, and share data with sales teams to improve performance and understand root causes of performance

⚡ Requirements

- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies with at least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Finance roles - Skilled in analyzing and interpreting sales data to align sales processes strategically - Ability to work in a matrixed environment and drive outcomes effectively - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and adapting to new software/systems - Experience in enterprise software and/or SaaS industry with executive acumen
