Bussmann Business Sales Manager

Eaton's Bussmann business is the leading source of fusible circuit protection solutions in the global marketplace. Eaton's Bussmann series products are approved for use around the world and meet agency (Customers, Electricity Board, Railways etc) requirements and international standards: IEC, VDE, DIN, UL, CSA, BS and others. The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the Bussman business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals. Enhance the new channel Network. The incumbent will be responsible to develop & nurture the markets of Ahmedabad, Saurastra ( Jamnagar, Rajkot, Morbi etc.. ), North Gujarat ( Mehsana, Patan, Charanka ), Kutch-Bhuj, Mundra.

  1. Achieve sales target for the territory for Bussman brand of Fuses
  2. Responsible for empanelment of our Bussman range of products for the customers which does not limit to Electricity board, Railways, Steel Industries, Panel Builders, MOEMs UPS manufacturers.
  3. Identify and appoint Channel Partners / Panel Builders for the identified Bussman products & enhance new geography expansion
  4. Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory.
  5. Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales.
  6. Get approvals from End Users, Corporates, Consultants and utilities.
  7. Provide technical support to partners / customers on products and applications.
  8. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  9. Coordinate with Plant to ensure timely delivery of products to our esteemed customers
  10. Ensure the 100% payment is collected within due negotiated period
  11. Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing, products and channel developments & market trends
  12. Explore the new upcoming EV market segment focusing on EV manufacturers, EV charging infrastructure companies.
  13. Capture PV - Rooftop Market and enhance product depth and width to the segment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
  2. Minimum of 5 - 8 years field sales experience.

Skills:

  1. Requires product application knowledge for fuses & switchgear as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry.
  2. Strong Customer connect, market intelligence, effective communication skills, Negotiation skills & self drive to excel.
