Power Distribution Services Sales Lead For The Nordics

As Power Distribution Services Sales Lead for the Nordics, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our Power Distribution (PD) Services portfolio across the region. You will personally lead sales activities for building the needed pipeline for sales growth, initiate business development activities, manage key PD service customers, and deliver measurable results by partnering with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Meet potential Customers, both existing Eaton and Non-Eaton clients

  • Identify and close sales opportunities, while keeping accurate forecasting cadence
  • Drive business development and achieve strategic goals through effective sales leadership.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing customers.
  • Develop business plans and strategies to expand PD service offerings in the Nordics.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and implement new service business opportunities, for example building proactive sales campaigns to address market opportunities
  • Build a strong customer relationship and ensure customer-first approach.
  • Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Travel across the region (minimum 50%) for customer visits, meetings, and site assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering or Business preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working in Services Domain (e.g. Buildings, Data Centers, Utilities or Industrial Sites), either in sales or operational roles.
  • Understanding power distribution products and solutions are seen as benefit (e.g. medium voltage switchgears, transformers or circuit breakers).
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Fluent in English and fluent in local language (Finnish, or Swedish).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage change effectively.
  • Market and technology savvy with knowledge of regional trends and competitors.
