In this newly created role, the Service Sales Manager will develop, own, and manage the Power Distribution (PD) services sales offer and go to market strategy. This role will support the solution sales and bid team in winning pipeline of new project tenders by driving new concurrent services offers. This role will work closely with the project team to deliver additional revenue during the execution stage. This role will own and actively manage existing installed base to deliver Eaton's PD Services offer across the entire product life cycle.
This role will generate service sales in coordination and partnership with authorised service providers, customers, end users and sales representatives, driving revenue from existing installed base, installations, commissioning, scope changes, updates, retrofits, repairs, service contracts, maintenance, spare parts.
Ownership of ANZ Service Sales Strategy, Go To Market, Planning and Execution
Ownership of ANZ service sales business line during the entire product lifecycle
Ownership of Service sales order intake, revenue recognition and margin
Customer relationship management
Service offers management, development and implementation
Collaboration and cooperation with Head of Product Sales and Head of PMO to maximise sales opportunities and provide attractive TCO to customers
Market analysis, reporting and data driven decision making
Installed base analysis and management
Pipeline management, proposals, quoting and sales forecasting
Minimum 5 years sales experience in service sales, service, and solutions in Medium or Low Voltage Switchgear
Proven track record in developing and selling selling services offers - contracts, installation, commissioning, upgrades, extensions and similar
Experience in B2B sales and managing long-term customer relationships
Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering, business administration or related field
Understanding of service offerings, maintenance processes, and technical solutions relevant to the industry.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate value propositions effectively.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and manage service sales in complex technical environment
Customer Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends and develop sales strategies.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability.
CRM Tools Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
