- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment.
- Strong consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience are essential for this role.
- The candidate should possess accurate forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
- Fluency in both German and English is required to discuss complex sustainable procurement solutions.
- Knowledge of the DACH market and corporate business culture will be beneficial for success in this position.
- A background in sustainability, HSQE, procurement, environment, and/or human rights is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM is necessary for managing sales processes effectively.
