Managing schedules, meetings, and documentation
Handling CRM system and database
Coordinating between departments (sales, technical, quality, finance)
Pipeline generations (leads, contacts, opportunities)
Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
Assisting in order processing and tracking
Liaising with internal and external customers
Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Supporting technical sales representatives and administrative areas
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
+ 5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
Proficiency in office software
Capacity to generate ideas through data analysis
Handling customer inquires and complaints diplomatically
Attention to detail
Fluent English
