Objetivo: Asegurar el alcance de objetivos definidos por el equipo de planeación comercial a través de rutinas tácticas y operacionales.

Responsabilidades - Lo que vas a hacer

• Implementar rutinas de 3 niveles de gestión alrededor del performance comercial (estratégica, táctica y operacional).
• Gestión del performance comercial vs objetivos.
• Implementar planes de trabajo y comités alrededor del performance comercial.
• Definición de reportes comerciales y creación junto con el equipo de datos.
• Organización de eventos estratégicos con el equipo comercial.

Requisitos - Lo que necesitamos

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar o afín.
• Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Ing Industrial, Marketing, Actuaría, Informática o afín.
• Manejo de bases de datos, presentaciones ejecutivas.
• Análisis de performance de ventas.
• Manejo de equipos comerciales, B2B.
• Inglés avanzado.
• Manejo de Excel intermedio - avanzado, Power BI, PowerPoint, CRM.

Ofrecemos

Sueldo bruto mensual + prestaciones superiores de ley y beneficios.

Zona de trabajo: CDMX, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, de lunes a viernes, esquema hibrido.
