You Will Vibe With Us
As an Inside Sales Representative, you manage a portfolio of merchants and prospects in Belgium. You successfully connect proactively with merchants to our network and propose the products that best meet their individual needs. You accompany your prospect-merchant effectively throughout the integration process, starting with the first phone sales call, helping them fill out contracts, and ensuring that the final technical activation is followed correctly by internal services.
You help this process by collecting information, such as technical data from payment terminals, merchant target markets, and helping to manage and analyze customer data and complaints.
You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing your own portfolio of prospects, defining priorities, and identifying opportunities and arguments to sell Edenred solutions to merchants.
- Managing incoming prospect leads and contacting them through outbound calls.
- Advising your merchants optimally based on your understanding of their sector, specific needs, and expectations, while aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Following the indicated strategy and achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives (such as a minimum conversion rate).
- Managing your activities through our CRM system and ensuring excellent follow-up, also at the administrative level.
- Ensuring correct and smooth communication between the merchant and different internal departments.
- Reporting to the team leader of the dedicated Inside Sales Merchants team.

- You have already successful first experience in remote sales.
- You are results-oriented and have always achieved your quantitative and qualitative objectives in the past.
- You are fluent in French, both spoken and written. Ideally, you also speak Dutch. Proficiency in English or other languages is considered a plus.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools and comfortable with CRM tools.
- You are dynamic, enthusiastic, empathetic, and have excellent communication.
- You like to give advice and convince.
- You can manage your time and set priorities.
- You enjoy new technologies and challenges.
- You thrive in a dynamic work environment and enjoy being part of a team.

- Full-time contract (38 hours/week)
- Type of contract: Permanent
- Location: Brussels (Auderghem)
- Remote work: 2 days/week maximum in agreement with your manager.
