Accountabilities

Lead Conversion Rate: Achieve a targeted lead conversion rate, turning prospects into qualified opportunities and, eventually, customers.

Sales Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas to contribute to overall company revenue goals.

Call-to-Close Ratio: Maintain a healthy call-to-close ratio, indicating the efficiency and effectiveness of tele-sales efforts.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive buying experience through telephonic interactions.

Pipeline Growth: Continuously expand the sales pipeline by generating new leads and opportunities through successful tele-sales initiatives.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from prospects, colleagues, and supervisors to refine tele-sales strategies and approaches.

Script Adherence and Improvement: Adhere to tele-sales scripts while also identifying areas for improvement and adapting based on prospect responses.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree or above

At least 3 years of inside sales experience

Excellent communication abilities, storytelling in Mandarin

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Can-do attitude

Results-driven

Time management

Ability to embrace rejection as part of the tele-sales process, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks

Good selling skills: incl. effective cold calling, objection handling, follow-up strategies

Proficiency in leveraging telecommunication tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to streamline tele-sales processes and enhance overall efficiency

Proactive seeking of feedback, both from prospects and internal sources, to continuously improve tele-sales techniques and approaches

Nice to have:

Advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of Power BI

Familiar with Salesforce
