The resource sought is a Sales Account, who will be inserted within the Direction Benefits & Engagement Solutions, with the objective of developing the business through the acquisition of new customers, as well as the management of the same. The resource will be constantly engaged in activities that encourage the adoption of the solutions Ticket Restaurant® and Edenred Shopping, as well as generating leads for other solutions (e.g., Welfare, UTA).

Principal activities:

• Development of the customer portfolio in the area of competence through strategies of lead generation, mapping and research of new opportunities on the market;
• Management E2E of the process of acquisition of the customers, from the first contact until the management of the negotiation and elaboration of the offer;
• Achievement of targets and objectives of development;
• Management of the existing Customer Park, maximizing activities of Cross Selling, also thanks to dedicated Marketing Campaigns;
• Dedicated retention activities;
• Support and active participation to the monitoring of the customer satisfaction of the customers.

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the sale of B2B services;
• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the economic field;
• Good knowledge of Excel, nice to have: knowledge of Salesforce;
• Strong orientation to the objective.
