Nous recherchons notre futur Team Leader Inside Sales H/F pour accompagner notre croissance!

Your Impact:

Your role is to accompany, boost, and coach the team responsible for making a portfolio of client accounts flourish through upsell and cross-sell actions.

Your Solution: Ticket Restaurant®/ CESU/ Kadéos

Your clients: you address an HR target on a SME market (-100 employees)

Your missions:

  • Animate and manage the team of sedentary salespeople to live the performance and fulfillment: recruitment, integration, training, daily support, milestones, definition and follow-up of objectives.
  • Pilot the strategy of developing customer value: definition and management of marketing campaigns (leads outbound), elaboration with cross-functional services of actions/processes to be carried out.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, sales and other important key indicators in order to implement development plans.
  • Participate in numerous company projects. Carry the company's projects to its team.

Your experiences and skills that will make your success:

Graduated from a commercial training of type Bac +4/+5, you have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B commercial functions, including at least three years in team management.

It's also your savoir-faire that matters:

For you, teamwork is synonymous with success. You like to take on individual and collective challenges.

You are methodical, autonomous and have a sense of organization.

Excellent relational and writing skills, with proven listening skills.
