Responsibilities

1. Manage online sales operations, including responding to leads and following up with potential customers.
2. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and generate leads.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers through personalized assistance and exceptional service.
4. Ensure accurate online inventory listings and coordinate promotions with the sales team.
5. Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve strategies.
6. Lead and mentor a team of internet sales representatives.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of equivalent experience in automotive sales management experience
• Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
• Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
