Your Challenge
As a Junior Sales Manager at E-FARM, you will be part of the driving force behind our sales strategy in your assigned market. Your mission? To help farmers find the perfect machinery to improve their operations while building long-term relationships. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Reconnect with E-FARM’s vast network of over 45,000 farmers and assess their current machinery needs.
- Propose personalized solutions based on the current machinery offerings and unique client needs.
- Manage the entire sales process: from first contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and expand your own client network, helping farmers buy and sell machinery with confidence.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute strategies that further increase customer engagement.
- Continuously optimize our sales processes—your ideas will shape the future of our business!
Your Profile
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills for internal collaboration.
- Passion for sales: you enjoy connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
- Previous sales experience: whether through internships, student jobs, or in a private setting, some sales experience is required.
- Customer-focused: you love building relationships and growing your professional network.
- Positive attitude: you see challenges as opportunities and love finding creative solutions.
- Team player: collaboration and shared success are key factors for you.
- Curious about incorporating AI tools into the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and continuously improve sales performance.
